Since opening our doors in 2011, we've helped thousands of reptile keepers, from complete beginners buying their very first pet to experienced enthusiasts expanding their collections.     We will only sell an animal once we're satisfied you have the correct setup and are confident in its care requirements.

We offer a range of services including health checks, nail and beak trimming, snake sexing, holiday boarding and expert husbandry advice. We're also committed to keeping up to date with the latest research, so you can be confident you're receiving accurate, up-to-date guidance.

    Our support doesn't end when you leave the shop—we're always happy to help throughout your reptile keeping journey.

  • We believe choosing a reptile should always be a carefully considered decision, so we don't recommend buying animals as surprise gifts. However, we do offer gift vouchers, Reptile Record Journals, colouring books and a range of reptile-themed gifts that are perfect for any reptile lover.

  • KBN Reptiles offers engaging educational evenings for groups of all ages. Our talks cover a range of fascinating reptiles and invertebrates, including snakes, lizards, tortoises and spiders, with opportunities to ask questions and enjoy supervised handling of many of the animals. It's the perfect way to learn more about these incredible species in a fun, interactive environment.

    Educational evenings are available by prior booking and can be tailored to suit your group's interests and experience level.

“The owners and staff are all lovely, scrappy the rescue dog is always lovely. These guys have helped me through the years with our Rankin Dragons. They came out and set up the Viv, they help with any problems even years later. The shop is clean and tidy, I buy morio worms and the Dad is always making sure they are all alive before they are sold. Scrappy has his own dog treat corner, my dogs love all the treats they sell. They also sell duck and swan food. With regards to the Viv's, they sell sand, lights, prices of wood, rocks, all the electrical stuff and more. Great shop, warmly welcomed. 5*”
