At KBN, we take our role in educating the future reptile keepers very seriously. We try our best to cover all aspects of care with anyone wanting to enter into the reptile keeping world. We take the time to show you how to handle, feed and care for your new reptile before you take them home. It is very important that you feel fully prepared to not only care for your reptile but that you have a good understanding of all equipment and feeds needed to give them a full healthy life.

We aim to always be accessible via Email, Facebook and Instagram during and outside of working hours both before and after you take your new family member home.

Many different caresheets are available to help you understand many aspects of care and how to make the most of your live food. Please ask us if you need one.

If you wish to come in and have a chat with us or meet some potential new pets, we are more than happy to go through everything with you and show you all species suitable for your needs and experience level. Appointments can be booked to ensure a member of staff is available to talk to you but not essential (you can just come in!)
